Meet Khagendra Thapa Magar.
He measures only 56 cm (22 inches) while Chinese He Ping Ping stands at 73cm (29 inches).
While Khagendra Thapa Magar had first filed a claim for the Guinness World's Records title when he was 14 years, at 18, he is still on his quest to claim the title.
At 14 he wasn't an adult, hence experts claimed that he would grow taller. Now that he is 18 years, he plans to go to Italy and refile his claim and become The New World's Shortest Man.
Note: He hasn't grown since he was 11 years old. Doctors in Nepal are unable to explain why Magar is so small.
